1. Publisher and acceptance۱. ناشر و پذیرش

JavidanDey is published pseudonymously by the JavidanDey publisher, reachable at [email protected]. By downloading, playing, or using this site, you accept these terms. If local law requires guardian consent, use the game only with that consent.«جاویدان دی» با نام مستعار توسط ناشر جاویدان دی منتشر می‌شود و از راه [email protected] در دسترس است. با بارگیری، بازی یا استفاده از سایت، این شرایط را می‌پذیرید. اگر قانون محل شما رضایت سرپرست را لازم می‌داند، تنها با آن رضایت استفاده کنید.

2. Personal-use license۲. اجازهٔ استفادهٔ شخصی

The Publisher grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play official builds for personal, non-commercial use. No ownership transfers to you. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.ناشر اجازه‌ای محدود، قابل‌لغو، غیرانحصاری و انتقال‌ناپذیر برای نصب و بازیِ نسخه‌های رسمی در استفادهٔ شخصی و غیرتجاری می‌دهد. مالکیتی منتقل نمی‌شود و حقوق اجباری قانونی محفوظ است.

3. Exact mirrors۳. میرورهای دقیق

You may redistribute an official release without charge only as an exact, byte-for-byte copy, with its original filename, SHA-256 checksum, license, and notices. A mirror must not claim official status, sell the game, add malware or tracking, wrap it in another installer, bundle advertising, or use JavidanDey branding deceptively. Modified builds and extracted assets are not licensed.می‌توانید نسخهٔ رسمی را رایگان و تنها به‌صورت نسخهٔ دقیقِ بایت‌به‌بایت، همراه نام فایل، هش SHA-256، مجوز و یادداشت‌ها بازپخش کنید. میرور نباید خود را رسمی معرفی کند، بازی را بفروشد، بدافزار یا ردیابی بیفزاید، نصب‌کنندهٔ دیگری دور آن بپیچد، آگهی همراه کند یا از نام جاویدان دی فریبکارانه استفاده کند. نسخهٔ تغییریافته و دارایی‌های جداشده مجاز نیستند.

4. Satire, content, and safety۴. طنز، محتوا و ایمنی

JavidanDey is a fictional work of political satire. Resemblance may be deliberate or coincidental. Character dialogue is expressive fiction, not an assertion of fact. No government, person, organization, cited source, or platform endorses or is affiliated with the game. Recommended for ages 16 and older. It contains fantasy violence, death, political themes, flashing imagery, screenshake, and loud sounds. 5. Saves and availability۵. ذخیره و دسترس‌پذیری

Saves are local to your device or browser profile and can be lost through uninstalling, private browsing, cleared site data, storage failure, or incompatible updates. Back up important data where supported. Builds, features, compatibility, and hosting may change or end.
